- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a memorable first impression and seamless arrival experience at our 5-star hotel
- Provide guests with valuable information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, helping them make the most of their stay
- Assist with baggage and luggage services, ensuring guests' belongings are handled with care and delivered to their rooms promptly
- Extend exceptional care to VIP and elite guests, attending to their specific needs and preferences with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to an atmosphere of luxury and comfort by delivering unmatched service and anticipating guest needs, helping to create a remarkable stay from the very beginning

**Qualifications**
You will be:

- A people's person with an engaging and charismatic background. You're naturally good at initiating conversations and you are passionate about providing others a sense of belonging
- Communicating fluently and confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds, including those who may speak different languages
- Experienced in a Receptionist/Guest Service Agent role, or experienced in Front Office within the hospitality/hotel industry is preferred but not essential
- Embodying the essence of our 5-star warmth from the very first greeting, crafting unforgettable moments and leaving a mark
- Highlighting the Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport's story and emphasizing the benefits of loyalty to each and every one of our guests
- Displaying a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a commitment to upholding the standards of the hotel is also crucial for this role
