- Play a key role in maintaining the on-going safety of patients assessed by the service to be at high risk of developing cancer due to a specific inherited syndrome

The New Zealand Familial Gastrointestinal Cancer Service (NZFGCS) is a Te Whatu Ora funded national service. We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and high performing individual to join for our team. The **Clinical Surveillance Programme Coordinator** manages our surveillance programme, ensuring referrals for monitoring and treatment procedures are actioned in accordance with service guidelines and patient and family data regarding colonoscopy procedure reports, are updated on the service’s database.

Full-time (40 hours), Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Given the importance of this role, we are seeking a highly organised individual, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and who thrives when working as part of team. Someone who can demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and bring a professional and positive attitude to all that you do.

You will also:

- Hold a Nursing degree
- At least three years relevant gastroenterology experience
- Have at least three years’ experience working directly with patient information
