**The Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Broker to join our Wairoa branch. This would suit a talented individual with administrative and customer service experience to take the next steps in their career.
This role would see you providing broking and claims support to the Wairoa branch. As a key administrative support for the region, this is a fast-paced role where you will work with a wide range of clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of client service.
**You would be responsible for**:
- Providing professional support to senior colleagues when dealing with their clients.
- Preparation and sending of professional documentation to clients
- Follow up of outstanding information/documentation/proposals etc from insurers and/or clients
**About You**
To hit the ground running, you should have:
- Proven experience in administration or customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Level 5 qualification, or close to completion, [is ideal but not necessary as we will put you though the training]
