The purpose of this role is to oversee the purchasing activities and ensure that purchases are cost-effective and of high quality.

This role reports to Asset Manager.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased
- Assisting in the development of specifications for equipment, materials and services to be purchased
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and User help requests pertaining to IT Infrastructure
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements
- Compliance with Global Cybersecurity guidelines
- Maintaining a sufficient supply of items required for daily operations by monitoring inventory levels
- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges etc.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records

**Skills / Qualifications**:

- Two (2) years’ experience as a procurement Officer or a similar field preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and purchasing software
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders
- Relevant industry experience
