**The company and opportunity**:
This is an exciting permanent Call centre role, based in South Auckland/ Manukau. You would be working for a values-based, not-for-profit organisation. Do you have an excellent phone manner and love helping people then do we have the role for you No call centre experience is needed either as full training will be provided

This is a Monday - Friday role and hours are flexible 8-4:30 pm, 8:30-5 pm, or 9-6 pm or if you are open to only part time 30 hours a week this would also be considered.

**The role, in a nut shell**:
Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Calling Whanau daily to make sure they are doing OK
- Build trusting relationships which are evidenced through case notes
- Escalating to a nurse if someone is unwell
- Typing notes into the system
**To be successful in this role**:

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Professional phone manner
- Permanent NZ Residency or Citizenship
- Clean criminal record
- A good team player
- You will need to be someone who is naturally empathetic to be successful in this role
- Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills
