- Fire Alarm Technician experience and be Fire Tech qualified.
- Competency in maintaining and operating all types of Fire Protection and peripheral systems.
- A high understanding of the relevant NZ Standards and NZ Building Code.
- A high standard of Health & Safety, Workmanship and Ethics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Excellent record keeping and report compilation skills.
- High level of personal hygiene.
- Available to be on after hours call-out roster.

Other responsibilities within this role will include:

- Representing the company with Architects, Engineers and Consultant.
- Ensuring compliance on health and safety.
- Management of cost effective purchasing of materials.
- Achieving further sales of the company's products and services.
- Monitoring of jobs to meet agreed completion dates and budgets
- Provision of technical information, advice and assistance

**Qualifications**

This is great opportunity for an experienced technician to take a key role in our Auckland operations.

You should have proven ability in all aspects of servicing of fire alarm systems, including addressable systems, gas flood systems, and aspirating systems is required.

Success in this role is achieved by demonstrating accomplishments and having a proactive approach for positive outcomes but most of all to be part of the team.
