Great opportunity to join our growing operations in the **Waikato** for a reliable, motivated and physically fit **STMS Cat 1/2/3**s to join our new **Temporary Traffic Management (TTM)** Team. This position provides traffic management support to ensure the delivery of effective temporary traffic management across various local road maintenance and infrastructure projects across the region. In this diverse, hands on role you will need to be able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment and be able to make decisions under pressure. **Your main responsibilities will include (day or night shifts available)**: - Setting up and removing site traffic management - Completing all required documentation prior to and post project - Directing incoming deliveries to site while ensuring the safety of workers and the public - Overseeing the establishment, maintenance and removal of TTM measures **The following qualifications, experience and skills are required**: - Current STMS qualification (category A/B/C or equivalent) - A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Full class 1 driver license (Class 2 would be awesome) - Experience and knowledge of both Rural and Urban roads in the **Waikato**. - An ability to mentor, coach and train on site staff to ensure a high level of traffic management is maintained - Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the public - Site Safe/Construct Safe is preferred The willingness and ability to work shifts is essential.
