The ICT Change and Communications Manager plays a key role ensuring changes are expertly communicated, achieve the best outcomes and have clear alignment to our strategy.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

As the Cloud Architect, your primary focus will to be working with our internal business customers to lead the design of solutions that deliver value for the business. You will distil business conversations into designs that reflect Operational, Performance and optimal value outcomes. The role will work collaboratively with Architects across the business, as well as business stakeholders. Your ongoing work with our internal team and Technology Partners will define how we build and operate technology at Contact for the business. Here’s a few extra things to get you excited;
- The primary focus is to architect robust solutions that are cost-effective, performant, secure, and highly available, which are easy to maintain and scale
- You will help lead the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the systems that support the business’s ongoing operation
- Work with Contact’s ICT and business units to maintain and update its Technology Roadmaps

**Additional Information**

- Commercial experience with Architecting solutions on AWS
- Familiar with Linux and Windows
- Broad familiarity with a range of AWS services & using them to unlock business value
- A passionate advocate for Automation driving consistency & repeatable outcomes
