Te Pare ō Toi Service is transforming into a ‘Change engine' for Toi Ora as we progress our new strategy, Te Toi Ahorangi Rautaki 2030. This vacancy is permanent full-time 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week).
He Korero mōu - About You

**We are looking for**:

- Pou Tapuhi, Clinical Nurse Manager, with leadership experience and organisational knowledge.
- An understanding and readiness to champion for Māori community.
- Previous experience in managing a team to deliver quality nursing service underpinned by Kaupapa Māori model of care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to te reo me ona tikanga.
- Demonstrates, exudes, and embeds behaviours consistent with He Pou Oranga Tāngata. Whenua and Hauora a Toi Manaakitanga values.

**What you can expect day-to-day**:

- This position is the day to day managing and leading a small team of Nehi during a period of growth and change.
- The role also has the expectation to provide support and mentoring for Te Pare ō Toi Nēhi in other services.
- Contribute to the Toi Ora Model of care design and implementation.
