This is a exciting and varied role within the Bay of Plenty Clinical Campus in Whakatāne.

We are seeking a great administrator and coordinator who likes to be busy and enjoys interacting with others. Primarily you will support our future clinical workforce by coordinating under-graduate student programmes for placements and have close liaison with the University of Auckland to achieve positive student outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- An approachable and supportive nature to provide confident support to students (pastoral care) for their well-being
- Excellent administration and ability to coordinate student programmes
- The ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Skills to work with a diverse range of people
- Skills to successfully manage student accommodation
- Initiative and a “can do” attitude to undertake a variety of activities also outside of normal business hours on a regular basis
