We are seeking a Checkout Manager to run our largest team

**About the role**:

- Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries.
- Lead and manage the checkout and online teams, rostering to budget and within the needs of the business, and managing customer flow
- Train and ensure staff follow checkout processes and procedures, including restricted sales.
- Ensure checkouts are set up daily, floats are managed and all cash discrepancies are thoroughly investigated with the office cashier

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
- Some flexibility required for covering shifts
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous checkout manager/2IC or supervisor experience is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English
