**To succeed, you’ll need**
- Proven experience in implementing and managing programmes and projects, strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align expectations and ensure successful outcomes.
- Comprehension of common principles and frameworks such as economics, marketing, blooms taxonomy, SFIA, ITIL, and first principles.
- Excellent critical thinking.
- To find elegant solutions to complicated problems.
- Fluent and impactful written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- To Be comfortable with continual ambiguity, be a self-starter who can self-manage and direct but has the foresight to seek clarity early when needed.
