Looking for an exciting career in a fast-paced medical device company? Look no further We are seeking a skilled R&D engineer to assist or lead efforts in bringing new products into production.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

- Validating and qualifying equipment and processes
- Ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Assisting or leading efforts to bring new products into production
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Conducting design of experiments and analyzing data to optimize manufacturing processes
- Writing and executing validation protocols
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering
- Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Experience taking new products into manufacturing for pharma or medical device products
- Familiarity with IQ, OQ and PQ
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
