THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading food importer wholesaler based in modern premises close to Sylvia Park shopping complex. With over 50 years in business, they have a nationwide customer base including Burger Fuel, Wendys Burgers, St Pierres sushi & more.
THE JOB
Using a counterbalance forkhoist & stockpicker you will be picking a range of food & beverage products. Everything from canned & dry products, fresh produce, cheeses, meats, & seafood. Some manual picking up to 25kgs per lift is part of the job.
Shift times are:
Day Shift - 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Mid Shift - 2pm to 11pm, Sunday to Thursday
Night Shift - 9:30pm to 6am, Sunday to Thursday
OT is available.
The position will be ongoing with the potential for a permanent contract after 3 months.
You would have the following;
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Have reliable transport to get to work
- A good level of physical fitness
- Confident to work at heights
A current counter balance licence is essential, along with experience operating a man up/stockpicker.
PAY & BENEFITS
$28 before 6pm, & to $30 per hour after 6pm. A generous discount off all 10,000 products with breakfast foods supplied every day. Onsite secure parking. Life insurance policy & social club membership.
