**Responsibilities**:

- Operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment to efficiently move and stack pallets, products, and materials.
- Utilize reach capabilities to access high shelves and racks in warehouses and distribution centers.
- Safely load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas according to established procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on reach trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operating reach trucks or similar material handling equipment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Ability to maneuver reach trucks in tight spaces and at various heights with precision and control.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting inventory lists and work orders.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Valid reach truck certification and forklift license.
