**As a Caregiver at our **Napier Village** you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.

**Typical duties include**:

- Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
- Aiding with hygiene, such as showering
- Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises
- Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc

**This is a fixed term position until February 2026.**

**Qualifications**:
You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people’s lives.

**You’ll bring with you**:

- Experience in aged care or a similar role
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Commitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts
- Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off. You will work on a rotating shift pattern including mornings, afternoons and weekends.
