Storeroom Manager

New World Birkenhead is looking for an experienced storeroom/inwards goods person with good energy and drive to successfully lead our productive Storeroom team.

The role is full time (days and hours will be discussed at the interview stage).

The storeroom is a busy environment therefore you will need to be able to cope well under pressure and be able to organise yourself and the storeroom team to complete the required daily tasks.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the storeroom including unloading delivery trucks and vans, checking off deliveries and completing relevant paperwork, as well as general storeroom housekeeping.

You will need to have strong numeracy skills and good attention to detail. A good sound knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

Heavy lifting is involved with this position, so you must be physically fit.

A current forklift licence would be an advantage.
