**Your Role as a Civil Labourer & Operator**:
As a Civil Labourer & Operator, you will be an integral part of our skilled team, working on diverse projects that demand excellence, precision, and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute tasks including excavation and site preparation.
- Operate a variety of machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and cared for.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- A team player with a 'can do' attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and tasks.
- Physically fit and energetic.
- Committed to health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Full NZ Drivers License (WTR certified preferred).
- Experience with heavy machinery is advantageous.
- Site Safe Passport is preferred but not mandatory.
