As the Accounts Payable Administrator reporting into the Head of Finance you will ensure timely and accurate recording, allocation, and payment of supplier invoices in a sole charge role.

**This position will involve**:

- End to end accounts payable managing high volumes of invoices daily
- Raising and purchase orders and seek approval
- Completing payment runs throughout the month and send out remittances to creditors
- Controlling expenses by receiving, processes, verifying and reconciling invoices against creditor’s statement
- Processing invoices into the creditor’s ledger on a timely basis
- Ensuring correct approval, coding, and matching of invoices / credit notes to purchase order
- Being proactive in collection of approved invoices
- Set up new creditors with correct and completed details in accordance to company policy
- Manage month-end AP close process including capturing un-approved invoices for accrual purpose
- Adhoc requests related to AP required by the business and the auditors

**The ideal person will**:

- Have great communication skills
- Have at least 2-3 years’ experience working in a sole charge AP position.
- Good attention to detail
- Familiar with processing high volume of invoices on a weekly and monthly basis
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
