We are currently searching for Digital Instructional Designers join us at a pivotal time as we build a market leading training offering at Motion Industries.

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Work closely with our Subject Matter Experts and videography team to scope, script and capture engaging technical content to include in modules
- Use Articulate 360 to incorporate content into engaging design, ensuring that modules are effective in transferring knowledge
- Create and maintain learning programs and pathways within Workday

**About you**:
To be able to hit the ground running and considered for this role, you’ll need to show us your experience in the following areas:

- Experience working with videographers and technical experts
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday
- Advanced use of Articulate 360 software
- Able to project manage delivery of modules, in budget and on time
