**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
This role is predominately an office/phone based role, selling to a wide variety of clients, building customer relationships and a heap of fun with a supportive team at your side

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide timely audience driven, advertising solutions for clients utilising NZME’s full product range.
- Achieve projected sales targets.
- Manage booking of advertising for clients
- Liaise with clients for material/advert approval
- End-to-end understanding and working knowledge of the publishing production systems from ad booking, fulfilment and delivery through to page.
- Gain an understanding/knowledge of the publishing business
- Client/rep liaison on quality control of advertising material, including policy compliance.
- Maintenance of current SOP adoption and best practice.
- Responding to queries from NZME Clients and Customers.
- Aim to continually improve your knowledge on systems, processes and workflow
- Take advantage of new BD opportunities as they arise.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have a great telephone manner and the ability to do phone based sales
- Experienced in customer service.
- Efficiency in full Microsoft suite; word, excel, PowerPoint.
- The ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Some administrative or operational support experience is required
- A natural with programmes and technology.
