Te Mahi / About the position
We are seeking a Kaihautū Māori to guide and support our commitment to biculturalism, equity and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Based in Ōtautahi/Christchurch and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is an integral member of the senior leadership team and will influence and partner with colleagues to successfully implement our Hauora Māori Plan throughout the organisation.

- Working knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and bicultural / partnership challenges in the healthcare sector
- Strong relational skills - able to lead and influence others
- The ability to work collaboratively across a complex organisation
Te Whakahaerenga / The organisation
