- Are you good at maintaining a proactive and positive relationship with all customers.
- Do you want to seek to improve the plant efficiency and drive any improvements and ideas. This including championing Lean initiatives.
- Are you flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks, including additional tasks to assist the team and the customer.
Experience working in a FMCG manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but what also matters to us is your positive attitude, enthusiasm and desire to create the best Operations Team in WineWorks
While the shift normally runs from 2.00pm to 10.30pm, Monday to Friday, flexibility is required as business requirements change, for example, in the lead up to Christmas this year, the team will flex to 12 hours, including night shifts.
