**Responsibilities include**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences while upholding the Sales & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
- Unleash your creativity by implementing effective retail merchandise strategies to optimize store presentation, drive promotional displays, and generate sales.
- Take charge of cash handling, stock management, and ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations for a seamless store operation.
- Inspire and mentor team members, providing guidance in day-to-day operations and ongoing product training.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked, products are properly displayed, and pricing is accurate.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively participating in team meetings, sharing feedback, and proposing innovative ideas.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment, bringing valuable knowledge and expertise to the role.
- Possession of a current General Managers Certificate, demonstrating your commitment to compliance and responsible alcohol management.
- Maturity and responsibility in following procedures and effectively navigating challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a proven ability to build lasting rapport with customers.
- Physical fitness and strength to handle lifting, moving, and shelving stock as required.
- Creative mindset and the ability to implement effective retail merchandise strategies to drive sales and create an engaging shopping experience.
- Dedication to upskilling and developing your team, from onboarding to ongoing training and specialist product knowledge.
- Self-confidence and the ability to work independently, taking initiative and driving success in your role.
