**About the role**

Here at WEL we are working towards changing the approach to utility arboriculture and focusing our efforts on tree health and aesthetic values.

As an **Arborist**, you will join our Vegetation Team to implement vegetation control measures that meet operational and safety objectives in a cost effective manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Trim or remove vegetation/trees within our network
- Prepare, maintain and operate a range of Arborist’s tools and equipment

**Skills and experience**
- Previous Arborist experience, including climbing
- Commitment to Health and Safety
- Formal Qualifications preferred (as well as class 2, 4 or 5 driver’s licence)
- EWP experience (favourable but not essential)
