As a Junior Lending and Sales Specialist, you will be a highly organised and detail-oriented person that blends customer service with lending and sales skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences every time.**Some of the things you’re responsible for**
- Become an expert in our product offerings ensuring clients understand the full range of options available.
- Maintenance of customer accounts through consistent telephone contact via our Customer Care Call Program along with daily dishonours.
- Ensuring all customer requests and inbound enquires are responded to within the same day.
- Greet customers and external visitors to the office
- Be first point of contact for inbound calls on office landline
- Support your team to ensure seamless service to clients
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly volume and lending targets

**You’ll need to have**:

- Previous experience in lending and sales preferred but not required. Full training provided.
- Excellent communication, sales and relationship management skills both in person and on the phone.
- Confident on the phone talking to people
- Self-motivation and drive to exceed performance targets
- Organised and efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude.
