**Requirements**:
We are looking for a warm, collaborative, curious person who loves to code and is passionate about all things Apple and iOS.

Being part of an agency (that builds products) means you get to be part of the full lifecycle of a product from beginning to end (from architecture to continuous delivery and releases).

As a solid isenior developer you will be hands-on coding and leading iOS work-streams (alongside the Android lead), contributing to products that deliver genuinely impactful outcomes. You take pride in the elegance and quality of your code, and love to continuously improve it as you go. If you are interested in growing into a technical leadership or solutions architect role, that’s awesome, we are looking to grow more leaders in our dev team.

You actively enjoy being part of a supportive team of colleagues and clients, and understand the value of sparking ideas by working collaboratively in person. At the same time, we absolutely support flexible and hybrid working for balance.

Working in a consulting business means good communication is vital, but you can do this in your own style. You might be a quiet presence or a more extrovert type - either is great

At Alphero, we recently rebranded with new pillars that run right through our business. They are: Inventive, Emotive and Brave. Our whole organisation gets behind these and you will be collaborating with strategists and designers who produce beautiful concepts for spectacular products and experiences that you will help bring to life.
- Owning an iOS work-stream and contributing to the architecture and delivery of exceptional products for our clients - from media and broadcasting to health, weather, energy and more. There will also be opportunities to deepen your architecture skills, leverage AI and machine learning, and extend into full stack (cloud understanding or development).
- Collaborating with our inventive designers, and eagle-eyed testers to create outstanding experiences for iOS devices. You will have an eye for what good mobile UX/UI looks like particularly for iOS phone and tablet apps.
- Supporting the continual growth and improvement of the iOS and wider development practice at Alphero: from keeping across technology evolutions to mentoring junior devs.

We’re looking for someone with 5-10+ years experience as an iOS developer using Swift (and potential Objectiv-C). You may have come from a client or an agency background.

**Benefits**

Depending on skills and experience, this role has a salary range of $116,000 to $140,000 p/a (with a bunch of other things on the side). We are looking for up to four developers at this level.
