**About the Role**
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive operator to join our **afternoon shift**, running Monday to Thursday from 2:00 pm to 12:00 am.
In this role, you will:
- **Program, set up, and operate CNC laser or plasma machines**:
- Monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues
- Ensure production quality and accuracy meet established standards
- Complete documentation to an intermediate level of detail and accuracy
- Work independently, managing your workload and meeting deadlines effectively
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**operating CNC laser or plasma machines, ideally in a manufacturing environment (stainless steel preferred)
- Forklift and gantry crane experience (preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence with reliable transport
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy
