Telesales Representative

The Role Located in Hamilton, this role is responsible for developing strong relationships and growing business with existing customers and generating new business from warm and hot leads. We are keen to speak with people who have a positive attitude, an ability to be well organised, and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Following up samples, quotes, enquiries, and other leads.
- Advising customers of news and changes, including new products & promotions.
- Taking orders and responding to enquiries.
- Occasional outbound video calls with customers Recording customer interactions in the company CRM.

**What we are looking for**:
Ideally, this role would suit someone who has a background in telesales and enjoy talking to people on the phone.
- A people orientated, team player with well-developed communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to cope under pressure in a calm professional manner
- A problem solver with the ability to ‘think outside the square'
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- A positive attitude, and interested in developing your own potential
