**We’re Hiring: Experienced Café Manager Wanted**

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on **Café Manager** to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy and well-loved café in the Wellington/Porirua region. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love leading a team to success—we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service
- Lead, train, and support front and kitchen staff
- Manage rosters, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
- Handle cash-ups, ordering, and basic administration
- Contribute to menu planning and promotions in collaboration with the kitchen

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of café or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations
- Positive, can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
- Barista experience is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.66 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
