This is a full-time position, based in Auckland

**The purpose of the Marketing and Sales Coordinator role is to support MedView's growth in New Zealand.**

They will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive positive customer experiences and increase client acquisition. They will own the customer journey end-to-end and ensure quality leads are moving through a strong sales funnel.

**What are the main responsibilities of this role?**
- Drive brand awareness of MedView’s personalised education and mentoring services and products through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage and support end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing and growth campaigns with support extended to other countries as necessary
- Own the MedView NZ targets and funnel; monitor leads and student numbers from marketing across all channels with weekly/monthly reporting
- Partner with our sales team to ensure lead movement through the funnel
- Design, create and implement marketing collateral to create a positive customer experience and increase conversions/student numbers across new and existing channels.
- Assist in communicating and coordinating MedView’s unique offerings across multiple channels.
- Lead planning and execution of partnerships and outreach including seminars, webinars, school talks, expos and relevant event support.
- Contribute to managing databases, and the creation of offline and online marketing content to increase brand awareness, and interest, create positive customer experiences and increase conversions/sales.
- Take ownership of copywriting tasks, including, Facebook & Instagram ads, Google, EDM campaigns, print collateral, event descriptions and E-Commerce product descriptions.
- Coordination and logistics of marketing activities relative to the product or consulting audiences to create positive and successful experiences
- Share best practices with wider sales and marketing colleagues while adapting new ideas for the wider NZ region

**What skills and experience are required?**
- Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign delivery.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to connect emotionally with target prospects
- Basic understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world.
