**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term, Part Time position, 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) to start March 2025.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ambulatory paediatric care of children with developmental conditions
- Provide assessment, investigations, diagnosis and ongoing management of children with developmental difficulties
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including paediatricians, nurses, and therapists, to provide coordinated care.
- Collaborate with staff from partner agencies around assessment and/or management of children - s developmental needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care strategies.
- Participate in supervision of junior staff and other educational activities
- Provide advice and consultative services to junior staff, SMO and primary care colleagues, and members of the multidisciplinary team
