As a Team Member you will be helping people achieve their health and wellbeing goals and delivering fitness programmes for all ages and abilities across our diverse community.

With our Leisure Centres more popular and busier than ever, our fitness teams play a vital part in ensuring that visitors are kept motivated, interested, and eager to return again.

**The shifts**:

- Tuesday - 5:15am -1:45pm
- Wednesday - 5:15am -1:45pm
- Thursday - 5:15am -1:45pm
- Friday - 5:15am -1:45pm
- Saturday - 6:45am - 3:15pm

It goes without saying that you will be passionate about fitness, health, and wellbeing

We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and positive people who thrive on client contact and have a proven ability to communicate effectively to provide a high level of client satisfaction through the programmes you deliver.

Joining a proactive and dynamic team, you will be a keen team player with a flexible approach. You will be comfortable to ask questions and build your knowledge to be able to use your initiative to provide innovative and appropriate fitness solutions. With impeccable time management skills, you will be confident with administrative tasks and processes.

**Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou: What we offer**

We aim to upskill and progress your career, so you can train and take on other functions within our centres, such as Lifeguard, Recreation Assistant and more. By the same token, if we occasionally need some help in other areas such as on our front desk and general customer service duties, as a team member, you may be called on to cover these areas if short staffed or at peak periods.
