You as a Scientist will ensure that IDEXX Reference Laboratories operate at the highest level of accuracy by performing, supervising, and acting upon quality control procedures - setting up instruments, and preparing, running, interpreting, and releasing results while troubleshooting performance, in compliance with IANZ certification requirements.

**You will have**:
A Bachelor of Medical Science/or equivalent degree.
Experience working in in a diagnostics laboratory, ideally within microbiology and serology.
An understanding of IANZ and ISO 17025, standards
The ability to be flexible and comfortable with full time hours between Monday-Saturday on rotating day shifts.
Experience in operating efficiently and effectively to meet tight turnaround times in a commercial lab environment
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Commitment to our IDEXX values, diligent attention to our Quality system and Health & Safety policies/procedures.
