As a Junior.NET developer, you will be assigned to one of our key Government clients. This role will see you working in a small local team of Developers and supporting staff to deliver software solutions that conform to project quality and time expectations. This role includes responsibility for analysis, program design, coding, testing, problem solving and implementation support.

If you are looking for that next step up into large commercial systems supporting the NZ Government and you have some relevant Microsoft.Net experience, then this opportunity will provide an excellent platform for your personal growth and systems knowledge while developing software at scale.

Alternatively, you may have recently completed a computer related degree and have a passion for Microsoft software development (C#) and perhaps haven’t yet found that opportunity to work in a team environment where you will be ably supported then this role may also suit you and we would welcome your interest.

Skills you will develop will include MS.Net development across multiple versions ,JavaScript, broad web services development and SQL database knowledge, Git, Azure development as well as deepening your knowledge and experience across development methodologies and the software development lifecycle as a whole. As our systems evolve there will be ongoing opportunities to learn MS Dynamics 365 as well as other related technologies.

An ability to adapt to change, work under pressure and bringing a results orientated approach will ensure your success in this role.
