**Deli Assistants - New World Point Chevalier**

We’re excited to announce that New World Point Chevalier will be joining the community later this year With a brand-new store and impressive offering across grocery, butchery, deli, bakery, produce and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the Point Chev community

With our opening date set for September 2025 we are seeking experienced Deli Assistants to join the team. If you’re a culinary enthusiast with a passion for creating fresh and delicious dishes, this is the role for you

**The Role**:

- Cooking and food preparation - salads, cold meats, cheeses etc.
- Merchandising to ensure deli cases are fresh and appealing.
- Utilize your culinary expertise to prepare and present a variety of meats and deli products to the highest standard.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development.
- Customer Service.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience in a café, restaurant or deli environment with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to develop new and exciting deli options that cater to a variety of tastes.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Able to follow food safety and compliance processes.
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
