This is a key role within our store which requires a quick thinking and capable person to join our Customer Services’ front desk & checkout team.

If you enjoy being busy and can multi-task this position could be for you You will be dealing with customer & staff enquiries, telephone calls, finance, product location, checkout sales and all the other ‘one off’ situations that arise on a day to day basis.

The Check-Out team and area deliver the first and last impression of our business.

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

- Enthusiasm and team spirit;
- A passion for customer service excellence;
- Good time management;
- A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
- A lateral thinker who can identify solutions and be creative;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; and
- Great communication skills.

Previous retail experience and/or experience within these areas will be viewed favourably.

The hours for this role are full-time, with the hours determined by a roster that will include one weekend day. In this role you will report to the Team Leader.
