**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated Regional Artificial Breeding (AB) Operations Manager to control the smooth running of LIC's AB operations throughout the Taranaki region.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with proven experience in capital and operational budgeting, resource allocation/management, strong communication and computer skills, along with a strong focus on Health & Safety in the workplace.
The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of the NZ Dairy and Artificial Breeding sector, supported by relevant work experience and a commitment to continuously improving the way that service is provided.
With operational and staff management experience, complemented by a strong results focus and a proven ability to develop positive working relationships, you will drive a high performance culture.
