**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
In this role you will join a small, supportive and professional team of HR professionals who are passionate about the work they do.
Sitting within the PPC team and reporting to the PPC Manager you will be tasked with managing and maintaining the organisation's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other PPC/HR-related technology solutions including surveys, engagement, time and attendance, and recruitment.
You will ensure the efficient and effective operation of HR systems, enabling accurate data management, reporting, and analytics that support HR processes and decision-making.
By collaborating with the HR team and the wider organisation you will achieve the seamless integration of HR systems with organisational processes.
**Ko wai koe | About You**
You understand technology and the positive impact it can have on business operations. Having strong technical acumen with solid experience in database management, system configurations, and troubleshooting is really important. Equally important is an excellent technical working knowledge of relevant laws, legislation, related to HR systems and data management.
You are results driven with an inquisitive mind and happy to challenge the status quo in the name of continuous improvement.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience**
These will include:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR systems administration, including HRIS, ATS, and LMS management.
- Advanced level of computer literacy across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required. The role is currently based in Otahuhu which may change to a more central location.
