We’re opening a Branch in Napier which we are excited about
Burnsco is New Zealand's biggest retailer of marine and motorhome accessories.

A purpose built Branch which is currently under construction, in a busy location next to a large shopping area, this store will offer a wonderful opportunity for an experienced retail manager to be part of this success story.

The position of Branch Manager offers the best of both worlds - you will have the opportunity to manage a significant business unit (including doing your own stock ordering and rostering your staff), but also represent a premier brand and have the support of a knowledgeable and supportive Regional Manager and Head Office.

This role will suit a confident, self-motivated person with strong retail and management experience, and a deep knowledge of our product areas.

**Requirements for this role**:
To succeed in this role you will:

- be well immersed in our product areas with practical boating and fishing experience
- be keen to champion our customer service culture
- have many years of retail and management experience
- lead from the front, be hands on and happy to have an 'on your feet' job
- be able to work alternate weekends and some public holidays
- This role is full time, including working every 2nd weekend, over a typical fortnight, you work 1 weekend and 8 week days. You'll also be required to work some public holidays.**Sounds like you?
