About us
Experion Care NZ is a growing Age Care operator in NZ. We have a number of exciting opportunities for a Casual caregiver to join our team at Bardowie Retirement Complex. We are proud that Bardowie Retirement Complex currently holds a 3-year certification from the Ministry of Health, which points towards the professionalism of our management and staff, and our quality systems.

About the Role
We are looking for a Casual Caregiver for Bardowie Retirement Complex, Napier.
About you
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- Capable of managing challenging behaviours.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Must be available for Night Shift, if needed.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a team player.
- Be Flexible and have a reliable transport.
- Be punctual, reliable and honest.
Key skills required:
- Dynamic and team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- You must be empathetic but also firm and resilient.
- Be able to engage with family and be culturally sensitive.
- All applicants must have a valid work visa, New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
