**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Scheduling Coordination**: Organise and schedule weekly operations for field technicians, optimising routes and appointments for efficiency.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- **Lead Engagement**: Engage with potential new customers and audiences from social media platforms, identifying opportunities for business growth.
- **Calendar Management**: Work closely with the Managing Director to coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative duties with attention to detail, supporting the team in maintaining operational excellence.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
