**Butchery Manager**

We have a vacancy for a Butchery Manager to join our team and be part a newly refurbished and extended supermarket. With a brand-new prep and retail area, it's your time to build a proud team and reputation for quality cuts of meat.

Experienced preferred for this position, however training of the right applicant will be provided.

The person we are looking for must have:

- A friendly personality
- Be able to work at least one day in the weekend
- Be able to work early hours and be reliable
- Must be able to multi task
- Have an eye for detail and the willingness to learn new skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety
- Must be able to break down a carcass and have a wide knowledge or meat cuts
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Previous Management experience
- Qualified Butcher
