**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

This is a great opportunity to provide exceptional service for guests in a manner that will achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll be meeting and greeting customers and working a variety of shifts so flexibility is key.

**Mōu** **| About You**

You'll have demonstrated experience in a customer service role with previous reservations experience desirable but not essential. You'll have a minimum of two years' experience in hospitality, along with knowledge of techniques and equipment for food preparation and consumption and food storage and handling techniques. Previous experience working with computers and computer packages such as Microsoft Office Suites, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
