Our values here at Masterton District Council are our professional compass - steering us towards positive, empathetic interactions with our colleagues and the public. They give us the tools to use when faced with difficult situations or decisions, so we enhance our own mana and that of others.
- Working at Masterton District Council_
Why work in Masterton? Well, we can’t tell if it’s the Paemaunga (Tararua Ranges) that impress our view that makes Masterton attractive. Or maybe it’s the award-winning parks that provide acres of greenspace right in the heart of town, the life-style blocks just out of town, or maybe it’s the range of cafes and shops in our town centre? We have loads of events and activities happening throughout the year, there’s just so much to see and do. So, what’s stopping you from joining Masterton District Council today?
