Within this role you will be providing efficient, effective and customer focused administrative services to military personnel and dental staff. This role is responsible for managing the Dental Centre's front office as well as providing chair side assistance to our Dentists.

Our team are focused on making sure patients receive the best possible service, so we are looking for someone who excels at providing excellent customer facing service and can communicate confidently with others. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and enjoys pro-actively managing their own time/workload.

You will need to be an experienced administrator, ideally with some exposure to working in a clinical setting. You may have experience as a Dental Assistant or an interest in learning how to provide chair side dental assistance and, if so, we can provide on the job training in this area.

Low Level Security Clearance
- You **must** be a New Zealand citizen **or** you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence **or** have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa.
- At minimum, you **must** hold New Zealand Permanent Residence **or** have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa, **and** you must be a citizen of and have lived in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America or New Zealand continuously for the last five (5) years.
- You must have a five (5) year background history that can be verified and assessed appropriately by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) to determine if you are suitable for a security clearance at this level.
