We believe the way we do things really does make a difference in the lives of those who live in our communities and as Kaiarahi Rautaki RMA | Team Leader - RMA Policy you'll play a significant part in shaping the future of our district.

You will be involved in the day to day management of the RMA Policy team, leading plan changes and submissions on national and regional strategies and statements, consulting with the community on plan changes and providing technical advice to other members of the team.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification, have sound RMA experience, have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to lead, motivate, support and develop a team. Our ideal applicant will be solution focused and have strong time management and organisation skills.
