**Our client**:
Began at the start of 2016 in a converted garage in Snells Beach, through the collaboration of husband and wife. The range of beautiful and delicious products continues to grow, while maintaining a passion for the art of chocolate making, and a love of the highest quality and great tasting chocolate.

**The role**:

- Seeking a strong, proactive and operational Retail Manager who is a Foodie -Someone who admires good food and admires the art of presentation will exceed in this role.
- Support the Store Manager lead a team of 8 with the support of a Duty Manager.
- Assist the day to day running of the store and organise the team to work in an efficient and productive way.
- Ensure that the store is complying with company policies and standards. -Involvement in up and coming marketing events and organisation.
- Sunday - Thursday roster | 40 hours per week

**Skill and Attributes required for this role**:

- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a retail leadership position - this could be Shift Leader, 3IC or ASM
- High presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated experience in similar management roles
- Good planning and problem solving skills and ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks
