A busy Chinese Hotpot restaurant operating in AlbanyAuckland is looking for 3 Chinese Cuisine cooks.

This exciting opportunities to join our team of talented kitchen staff are for people who are up for a challenge and enjoy hard work. This role is a fundamental part of our business, you need to be able to follow recipes and upheld set standards of food preparation and presentation for a range of Chinese authentic meal types, including hot, cold and hotpot.

Main tasks:

- Cook menu items following recipes and specification
- Examine food material qualities and take stocktaking as required
- Prepare food materials, food garnishments and utensils
- Store food materials based upon workplace sanitation and safety standard
- Follow Food Control Plan at all times.

Required qualities:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work all weekends and public holidays
- Professional approach
- Honest and hardworking
- Excellent attention to detail
