**About the Role**

We’re looking for a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to help care for our facilities and grounds. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of scheduled maintenance and problem-solving on the go - ensuring our residents’ homes and shared spaces are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Performing preventative, scheduled, and reactive maintenance tasks
- Troubleshooting repairs and resolving issues efficiently
- Reporting maintenance updates to the Head of Property & Assets
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and plant safely and cleanly
- Demonstrating safe work practices and PPE use at all times

- Proven experience in building, facility, or property maintenance
- A strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Technical aptitude and hands-on skills with tools and equipment
- A flexible, can-do attitude and reliable work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Understanding of building principles and emergency systems
